建于1986年，1991年5月投入生产，水轮机为金华水轮机厂生产的LJ22-W-7.0/1*7A型水轮机，发电机为金华电机厂生产的SF320-8/850型水轮发电机，调速器为金华水轮机厂生产的LJT-1000型自动调速器，装机容量2*320千瓦，年设计发电量140万千瓦时。

Constructed in 1986 and put into operation in May 1991, the hydro turbine  was the LJ22-W-7.0/1*7A model produced by Jinhua Hydro Turbine Factory. The generator was the SF320-8/850 model hydro generator made by Jinhua Electric Factory. The speed regulator was the LJT-1000 model automatic speed regulator, produced by Jinhua Hydro Turbine Factory as well. The installed capacity was 2*320 kW, with an annual designed power generation of 1.4 million kW hours.
